We are a Title Insurance Company providing real estate closing and title services throughout the state of Florida. We have been servicing Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Putnam and other surrounding counties throughout the state of Florida since 1997. We handle settlement and closings for residential and commercial real estate whether you are buying, selling or refinancing. Buying and Selling can be a stressful process. Beth Murphy, President & Licensed Title Agent

With over 40 years of real estate closings and title insurance experience, Beth has the knowledge and expertise to quickly provide the necessary items to help complete your real estate transactions.

Being a Jacksonville native, Beth has a great understanding of life in Jacksonville. She grew up in Arlington and went to both private and public schools in the city. She began her career in administration jobs but by her early twenties, she began her real estate journey. In her 43 years in the industry, she climbed the ladder starting as a processor working for real estate attorneys. She was sought out by Richard Morehead for her expertise and after working with hi for many years, she has taken over the business and is now the President of Richard T. Morehead Title and Escrow, Inc.

Beth is known for her expertise in Title Insurance and is sought out by realtors, sellers and lenders as she has a vast knowledge of Title Rule and is quick to understand what is needed for each case. Over the years she has built long-term relationships within the community of Jacksonville and the Beaches to help provide the utmost care for the individual needs of each client that she takes on.

When Beth is not in office, you can find her walking her dog, Maggie, spending time at the beach, crocheting or visiting with friends and family. Beth is a home owner and she loves to garden, keeping her home looking beautiful.

Beyond his legal expertise, Richard has local roots and strong ties to the Neptune Beach community where he raised his three sons.
